I've been a tenant with Clan Gordon for almost 10 years and I've had nothing but positive & helpful interactions with them; whether it's been property repair issues, letting them know about change of energy suppliers, the regular check-ins on the flat from one of the team, they've always been friendly and prompt to reply and help fix any issues quickly.
They were a big help when I needed to change my residence in the last year, a matter outside their control, and I'm glad I was able to stay with them as a tenant client.

Thus far, we have had a very pleasant experience in renting through Clan Gordon. Maintenance issues are sorted quickly and when legally required work is required in the property (i.e. checking fire alarms, CO2 alarms) etc. this is communicated well in advance. Thus far, we have had a very pleasant experience in renting through Clan Gordon. Maintenance issues are sorted quickly and when legally required work is required in the property (i.e. checking fire alarms, CO2 alarms) etc. this is communicated well in advance. When we have had our periodic proerty inspections, the girl who comes to carry this out is pleasant to deal with.
