Dealing with clouds property management was so easy, they quickly responded to my emails and always tried their best to accommodate to my needs. I dealt with Ryan and Mark to rent my flat, and he was an absolute delight to deal with. I heard so many people have very bad experiences with other rental offices, but to me my experience was very smooth renting with clouds property management.

Wonderful service! I originally met with Mark McLeod and Ryan Kennelly to show them my flat and give them a walk through. Ryan was our contact there on out and was fabulous to work with! He answered all of our questions and helped us throughout the whole entire process. It was our first time letting out our flat in Scotland. We asked Ryan so many questions and he got back to us with answers immediately. The communication was on point and Ryan got us great quality tenants immediately. The marketing of our flat was high end with wonderful pictures and a 3D walk through. He helped coordinate painting the interior, maintenance and other hiccups that popped up during the process. Amazing service from Ryan and Clouds Property Management. I am very happy to have found them!

We are now renting again after the flat we own was evacuated, this has meant insurance being involved etc. and Clouds were able to take a lot of the stress out of the situation by being so quick to respond and deal with the extra complications involved. Ryan Kennelly has been our point of contact throughout, Ryan is friendly, proffessional, and clearly knows his job well.

When looking for a flat Clouds were my first port of call before rightmove or anywhere else because having a good letting agent makes all the difference.

We have been so delighted with the help, support and outstanding service from Jonny, Ryan, Mark, Gavin and the rest of the team at Clouds Property - quite simply they are head and shoulders above all of the other estate agents we have had dealings with in Edinburgh.
Along with just being really friendly and approachable they really go the extra mile with supporting their tenants and landlords. We have found our dream rental at a price we are comfortable with and some of the other things they have arranged for us (whilst consistently in contact with the Landlord for us) means our stay in the perfect pad will be longer and happier.
We missed out on lots of flats because of poor comms from estate agents - the Clouds team were ON IT right away. Any small early niggles with the flat they have rectified immediately.
If you are a landlord, you'll have very happy tenants. If you are tenants you'll be dealing with the best of the best.
