His clear yet quietly solid personal manner is well respected, as is responsiveness and attention to detail. With over 48 years of experince in Edinburgh, Southside are head and shoilders above all my previous management

Impossible to fault Southside Property Management. 20+ years as landlord and 5 agencies employed to manage the properties and none of them came near Southside for efficiency and effectiveness. Impossible to fault Southside Property Management. 20+ years as landlord and 5 agencies employed to manage the properties and none of them came near Southside for efficiency and effectiveness. Their office systems operate smoothly and well. Our property manager is Ryan and he turns round issues like repairs and administration requirements promptly and well. Emails are responded to speedily , enabling effective dealing with issues. Can’t praise him and the firm’s practices enough!
