My 87 year old Aunt trusted LINKS to sell her home of the last 25 years in order that she might move to be closer to family in another part of the country. Their approach was pragmatic and sensitive to all her needs and concerns, unlike that of any estate agent I have engaged in the past. The process was made more challenging by the location of supporting family members and LINKS were very helpful in assisting with managing all of this with excellent local advice on legal and logistical support. Their approach was characterised by everyone in the office knowing what was going on with the sale and there was always someone to pick up the phone. They kept my Aunt fully in the loop and clear as to how her sale was progressing to a very successful outcome. They can't be thanked enough for all their help and support.

Bought and sold my house through Links. Every time I had a question or query whoever I spoke to made me feel like they had all the time in the world to explain things, which I'm sure they didn't!
My sale wasn't all plain sailing but I always felt I was in expert hands, and the good humour from Ryan and Robert was much needed and appreciated at times!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the guys and girls at Links, they are an amazing team!!
