He was direct and clear in how he would manage the process and continued to deliver as he had promised at our initial meeting . Can't rate Scott and the Bushey team highly enough. Did both my sale and purchase and no one has a better knowledge of the local area. Scott pinpoints perspective buyers to ensure that they are a right fit and this resulted in a quick sale especially as he had already found us our dream house on the 2nd viewing. Scott and Jacob (from the progression team) were always on hand to get things moving and chase things up and made this process as seamless as possible. Would certainly recommend!

Scott was extremely knowledgable about the area and the property market in general, he was also open and honest, wasn't afraid to give his opinion on an area that he knew 10 times better than we did despite our extensive research. Upon the viewing, Scott was telling us a story along with showing us round the property in order for us to envisage living there,, Scott has been fantastic throughout the entire process. I can't thank Benjamin Stevens enough for their exceptional service.

They were super friendly from the start. They always tried to keep me informed as much as possible and we're very approachable. I had a very difficult journey during the sale process and everybody got frustrated with one another towards the end but I wouldn't blame the service of Benjamin Stevens for that competely. They were very prompt on the completion date and I even got a little gift package as well to start my new home life! Would definitely recommend as I had very bad customer service experience with other estate agents.

1. Good knowledge of the local market
2. Good regular communication
3. In most instances responded quickly to queries and questions without needing to be chased
4. Good at explaining the process and steps involved
5. Enjoyed dealing/working with both Joe and Scott - friendly and professional
6. Seeing how straightforward the sale was and how little work was actually involved (except by the respective lawyers) I felt the fee was quite expensive compared wit the legal fee.

I had to deal with the sale of my father's house as he had to go into residential care. None of the family lived in the area anymore so I was looking for a local agent that could help under these circumstances. Initial dealings were with Joe the branch manger & he was very reassuring about the service I could expect with our concerns around security & monitoring of an empty house & dealing with me nearly 200 miles away. Scott became the POC for me & did not let me down. Undertaking meter readings, being present at the house when various appointments & works were required (boiler servicing for example) & generally keeping an eye on the house whilst getting an impressive number of prospective buyers through the door. Soon after putting it on the market the economy & housing market went on a roller coaster & despite offers being made, mortgages became difficult to qualify for & buyers were facing problems such as mortgage offers being withdrawn/declined along with interest rates rising. I was guided through these issues & any discussions re sale price were honest & realistic. Communications with Scott were superb & any contact with the office was efficient & professional. Thanks to Jackie & Heather too. Assistance re house clearance & cleaning were sourced by Scott & Jackie & handled by Scott who has secured a successful sale for me, ensuring my fathers ongoing care & security, through challenging times for the housing market and the economy generally. Scott & his colleagues know their stuff & importantly the area & really do provide a superb, professional service.
