What can I say, we’ve dealt with Pippa on our house purchase, she’s been brilliant throughout the entire process. Pippa went above and beyond to make sure our needs (I’m a worrier) were met. Keeping me informed all the way the purchase.
Always on the end of the phone and email, even emailed me on her days off!
Also special thanks to Izzy who has shown us around numerous houses including this one.

Where do I even start?! The guiseley team have just been incredible throughout the entire buying process. I have to give a particular shout out to Pippa who made sure things were moving at every stage. Checking in with us regularly and always answering my calls and emails so promptly. There were points in our purchase where I was near meltdown (as most people are) but Pippa and team provided reassurance and communicated seamlessly between our seller and us. Also a quick shout out to Izzy who showed us around some properties and found our perfect first home! Thank you so much all of you at Manning Stainton, we’re over the moon!

Excellent service throughout by the Guiseley office. Izzy showed us around the property twice and was both lovely and helpful. Once our offer had been accepted it was then handled by Pippa. Excellent service throughout by the Guiseley office. Izzy showed us around the property twice and was both lovely and helpful. Once our offer had been accepted it was then handled by Pippa. We have received regular updates from her and she has been amazing as she managed to get the property all completed for us in 6 weeks! This was with her communicating with the vendor and ourselves in order to speed the process up. We no longer have to go into rental or store our furniture for a month.

Manning Stainton provide first class communication and professional customer service. They make the process simple and easy to understand with patience and expertise.
I cannot rate their staff highly enough. They often answered questions before even being asked, showing their experience and professionalism.
Special thanks to Pippa for being extremely supportive at the outset and guiding the negotiation of the sale with prompt updates. Also to Izzy for being tremendously friendly and helpful with awkward queries and issues and resolving them quickly. To Lucy too, who has been instrumental in providing constructive information and guidance to the buyer's questions. All of them were extremely efficient and understanding to my position, being attentive throughout, providing regular updates.
In addition, Matthew is great, he is extremely helpful, empathic, professional and knowledgeable. His expertise is second to none.
I would highly recommend their services, they actually care and I wouldn't consider using any other firm.
