I've never had a more straightforward renting experience through a letting agent. I particularly appreciate YH's transparency and clarity of communication, the degree of flexibility they practiced in dealing with us, and the prompt and reasonable responses they provided when we got in touch with them.
I've rented in both England and Scotland, and have plenty of first-hand experience of the many shortcomings of letting agents responsible for managing properties I've lived in. Unlike all the other ones I've dealt with, these guys actually make sure things get done in a reasonable amount of time and with minimal hassle!

Yates Hellier are an excellent letting agency. I used Yates Hellier to sell my West End home earlier this year. I appointed them to handle the sale as I had received recommendations from two separate people who had used them previously - they had also just sold a property on the adjacent street to mine.
Whilst my decision was pretty much made as soon as I met Ross, I had also invited 2 other larger local agents to value my home and allow me to make a well considered decision. I felt that Yates Hellier were more in line with what I was looking for and Ross' general knowledge of the local market and surrounding area was impressive.
Within 5 days of going to market my property was put to a closing date after the weekend viewings. The final result achieved far exceeded my expectations. After the property went under offer, the team were in touch with me regularly updating me until the handover day.
I would highly recommend Yates Hellier to anyone looking to sell their property in Glasgow.
