Maciej was really helpful throughout my journey of buying my own home in London. It took me 6 months from the viewing to completion and Maciej was helping along the way, which I am grateful for. Maciej would promptly update me on the status and chase all the sides to make sure everything is on track. Seller side was really pushy on the timing, however they were missing some papers and my solicitor could not proceed. I wish I would not need to experience the pressure on my side and I am glad Maciej tried to reduce it. He also helped me to understand some market specifics and to make my choice more confidently. Thank you!

Amazing customer service from beginning to the end, always polite and professional.
Very happy with the service, whenever we were unsure about something we could alway speak to an agent over the phone who would answer all our questions.
Maciek is very Proffessional and I believe that he is an excellent agent who worked very hard and helped us sell our house and made everything easier as sometimes can get overwhelming.

Opposite experience with Alex Neil. Maciej and Georgia were very helpful. I never had to chase them for updates. Maciej was proactive in getting the deal completed. Following up with different parties continuously. He didn't try to bully me into lowering my asked price just to get this deal done, no he worked very hard to get to a happy result for me. I really appreciate all your help, just wish I did from the start and didn't waste time and money on scammers from PurpleBricks.

We started looking for properties from the end of March and hoped that we could complete a purchase before the end of stamp duty holiday ends which was 30 June. Maciej and the Alex Neil team helped us made it happen. Maciej was very professional - great communication, fast response, help to coordinate both ways between vendor and buyer. Even during the legal process, he was a big help to coordinate with the vendor and internal department to help us push things forward. We couldn't achieve it without his help.
