Selling my mother in laws property was a rocky road from the start, having to deal with probate etc. Tony from outlook was brilliant. He helped us through the process. Even going so far as to keep in touch with us after the original meeting to see how we were doing. Not once did we feel pressured into selling quickly and Tony was very open, friendly and sympathetic to our situation. In fact all the team at outlook were fantastic in keeping us updated and helping to sell the house. I would highly recommend if selling a house, or even buying.

We went through Outlook Property for the purchase of our property, and although as the buyers we were not technically their clients, we still felt like we received an amazing service from them throughout the process.
Above all we always felt that they were honest with us about timeframes and helped us manage our own expectations in this area.. of course everyone wants these transactions to move quickly but when there were roadbumps they let us know and were realistic with us.
Another thing we really appreciated was how easy they were to get in touch with both over the phone and via email. Towards the tail end of the transaction we were calling a few times a day (!) but Tony and Michela were endlessly patient and understanding with us.
We wouldn't hesitate to use Outlook in future transactions or recommend them to others!
