We chose to move to Braemore as our previous letting agent was more interested in sending invoices, rather than looking after our interests; and we were not disappointed. As landlords, we have been looked after and our property treated as a valid and worthwhile business. When we came to sell our rental to allow us to buy a bigger family home we were daunted by the task. Tzana and the whole team at Braemore were there for us from day 1. They looked after the tenants, helping them find new accommodation and helped us in getting the flat ready for sale. The staging of the flat by Tzana was superb and we sold in just 7 days! I cannot recommend Braemore enough, they have been stellar in their understanding of the markets in Edinburgh.

Comments on Agent Fees
I’m pretty sure that agents cannot charge fees in Scotland. Don’t think I paid any when I began my tenancy. I did have to pay £24 for a reference however.
