The management of my properties has recently been taken over by Jodi. I have been very impressed with her response time to queries. I usually manage to get through to her or otherwise she telephones or emails back promptly. I have been very pleased with the service she provides. I feel that both my tenants and I are looked after. If for any reason Jodi is not available the Bishop Auckland branch also has Jo who is equally helpful.

The Bishop Auckland office have managed 2 properties on my behalf for a number of years. At times it has been disastrous. Wow what a change with Jodi and Jo coming on board. The Bishop Auckland office have managed 2 properties on my behalf for a number of years. At times it has been disastrous.
Wow what a change with Jodi and Jo coming on board. They have both been a breath of fresh air. Efficient, professional, extremely helpful, and a real desire to get things done. They keep me updated,respond promptly and have the common sense and knowledge that really makes a difference.

Castledene has managed 3 properties for me for several years.
