At the beginning of the year we began looking at houses for sale with Thomas Morris. All was going well but we didn’t even know our budget, so they suggested their on site mortgage advisor Sarah. And how lucky were we! She was brilliant from the start. We had to take our 2 children with us to our first appointment and she could not have been more accommodating or understanding. Even going as far as downloading a game on her phone for my son when mine had died. It makes a nice change for children to feel welcome in these sorts of stressful ‘grown up’ environments. First appointment went great and she was so helpful and told us exactly what to expect and what to do. This was great as we really didn’t have a clue! She worked to timescales brilliantly and found us the perfect offer very promptly. In fact we were shocked how quick it all progressed. Then unfortunately lock down began, again Sarah was very helpful and kept in contact when necessary. Once all had completed and we had moved in, Sarah once again said congratulations and checked in on us. Can’t fault her at all and we will be using her again when we re-mortgage we wouldn’t go else where. Thomas Morris were also brilliant and we had a fantastic service whenever we dealt with them.

Being first time buyers we had no real idea of what to expect, how to proceed and where to start.
From the moment we stepped into the Thomas Morris Ramsey office we were made to feel at ease. Sarah talked us through both the mortgage options available to as well as outlining the process for us.
Thanks to Sarah's help we were able to expand our initial search and ultimately find the home we fell in love with.
When meeting Sean at the property for the first time I was taken a back a little by his honesty and knowledge. We had previously been to a few other properties in the area through other agents and the service given to us by Sean stands out above the rest.
Once our offer was accepted and the sale was set in motion the service we received from everyone at the Ramsey office was amazing.
As first time buyers we were full of questions and unsure of next steps with stress levels through the roof. However Sean, Sarah, Joe and the team were always on hand to help move things along, provide us with updates and make contact to gather updates for us. Without there reassurance and help I don;t know where we'd be.
I cannot recommend their services highly enough and when it comes time to sell (many, many years away) I am in no doubt we shall make contact with the Ramsey office.

Once we found a buyer, Sean has kept in constant contact with us with frequent updates, and has even been constantly on the phone to all the solicitors involved in the chain to help get us over the line. He and all the team are all so friendly and approachable, and nothing seems too much hassle. I would definitely recommend TM as they have been fantastic for us. Their fees are also very competitive!

From the moment we met with Sarah she has been not only a wealth of knowledge around every aspect of our purchase but also a solid support network for the both of us at such a stressful time. Sarah has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to help us when we needed her and consistently put our minds at ease when we had lost all optimism. We had a rough ride buying our first home and if it wasn't for Sarah's dedication, professionalism and support, i'm not sure we would have ever got there! We would highly recommend her service to anyone who is buying, especially if it's for the first time.

As first time buyers, my partner and I was a little unsure how the process works of getting a house.
We searched through MoveRight where we come across a house we wanted to view. It turned out the house wasn't for us, but Sarah got in contact and set up a meeting to see what we was looking for in home, Sarah was extremely helpful and friendly, it wasn't long before she showed us a beautiful property that was coming on the market.
So my partner and I was one of the first couples to view this gorgeous family home, we fell in love with the property as soon as we saw it!
We put offers in for the property and we got excepted! After that the Thomas Morris team helped us every step of the way to get to the completion of our journey, and soon my partner and I will be moving in to our amazing home.
I Would strongly recommend any of the Thomas Morris team! The whole team was very friendly every time we visited the office, they would not only take an interest in the process of our house, but how we was personally.
Sarah our mortgage adviser was considerate of our needs and had a professional understanding of what we could afford. When Sarah was busy she forward me to Joe who was also very professional and helpful, specially when it came to sorting out my Help to Buy ISA.
Thank you for all for this experience!

We actually had two properties to sell one in Warboys and one in Chatteris. Our property in Warboys was put up with Thomas Morris in Ramsey and sold within the first week of being on the market!!! Our property in Chatteris is still on the market with another estate agent after 10 weeks, we just wished we placed both properties up for sale with Thomas Morris not only for the quickness and success of selling for all the following:
- Communication from Staff
- Service from Staff
- Helpfulness of Staff
- Customer Service
- Easy of process
- Professionalism
- Open and up front
- Reasonably priced
- Knowledge
- Guidance
- Thomas Morris really go the extra mile
We used Thomas Morris' services to sell our home and buy our new home as well as getting our mortgage through them with the wonderful Sarah, who worked so hard to get everything organised for us and making the whole process as smooth and quick as possible. We have also selected to use Thomas Morris' in house conveyancing team.
If our house in Chatteris does not sell within our contract period with the other estate agent we will be signing up with Thomas Morris straight away with out thinking twice.
