Taylor Cole Estate Agents always provide a professional, reliable and efficient service. For many years I have let my property with Taylor Cole, they have consistently found suitable tenants and dealt with all stages of the letting process. I have approached them on many occasions for advice and they have always been happy to help. Taylor Cole have recently completed the sale of my property and have been excellent throughout. They have consistently provided regular updates and were key in ensuring that the sale progressed smoothly. In particular, thanks must go to Laura and Lauren, who were both fantastic throughout the sale. I would highly recommend Taylor Cole.

I got in touch with Taylor Cole to do a valuation on my property which they were very helpful with.
We then decided to go on the market with them, they sold the property within 2 days and we also purchased through them as well for our new property.
All I can say is AMAZING, these guys go above and beyond to help out, they are on the hall with everything possible, constant updates with us Lettings us know when things were happening all they way to giving us the keys to our new property.
If you are thinking of selling or buying or renting
Then look no further, Taylor Cole are all you need

Taylor Cole have been excellent & professional from start to finish.
I’ve moved house quite a few times over the years and so have experienced various levels of estate agency standards of selling houses.
I can honestly say that this is the standard that they should all be aspiring to.

We sold our house and then went into full lockdown!!
Taylor Cole could not have been more helpful keeping us informed and giving us reassurance that all was still going ahead with our buyers ( we were so uncertain as did not know if after covid they would still be in a position to buy or indeed if the house we were buying could fall through - so all was a bit hairy to say the least)
We came through it and are now moved. (We’d like to move back as there is too much work to do at our new house! Lol)
The team at Taylor Cole went over and above to sell our house. They did all the viewings themselves, due to us having to get our over excitable dogs out of the way, and basically just did all we asked within our limitations. Nothing was too much trouble. A competitive commission rate too.
I could not recommend them highly enough.
