I have been renting flats through penny Lane Homes in Johnstone since 2014 , and have recently moved into my present flat which they went out of their way to get me , in all this time i have found them to be very professional but at the same time extremely friendly , i was always welcomed by a friendly smile when visiting the office , I found it a pleasure to deal with all staff in the office past and present and i will continue to deal with them and recommend them highly to anyone looking for an agent .

Excellent service from Penny Lane Homes from start to finish. I sent an email enquiring about their letting fees late one evening and received an immediate response from Helen. Following this contact, I had a visit from Ashley at the property soon afterwards and then my property was on the market a few days later after she had taken the photos. Jessica was in touch regarding viewings and two days after the property had gone live online I had secured a tenant. Top class service and all three staff members were professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future. Thank you!

After having some bad very experiences with letting agents, renting from Pennylane was a joy. Very professional, kept in contact throughout my tenancy & made regular visits to the property to check on things. When I was leaving my flat they were extremely helpful with working around my shifts for handing back keys, etc. & I received my deposit back super quickly. Would definitely recommend them!
