Managing the rental for two years = 4 star. Generally fine.
The weakness in the rental system was the quality of the four monthly inspections. Problems outside the house (garden and garage) were not picked up because they didn't bother to walk down the garden or on one occasion

From Sam coming to value the property and getting it live on the market asap , Gemma for her updates via email and phone calls arranging viewings of which we had 6 booked in the first week To Eve and Sarah for their role in our sale and purchase of another property up with Hannells , The whole team are great friendly helpful and efficient . Our house went up for sale on the Thursday and we had an offer for the asking price on the Saturday . Would definitely recommend Hannells mickleover Thank you

Extraordinarily efficient, helpful, friendly and responsive. Went from entering the Mickleover sales office to having the property actually on the market with but a few working days. Viewings started almost immediately after and continued a good number throughout the few weeks it took to get to a point of sale subject to contract.
A tremendously helpful team in the Mickleover office that guided through all the preliminaries and eithers advised based on their experience or took the sellers points into account where possible.
Good well presented sales pack and on the web site the property that I was selling looked excellent and in my personal view appealing.
Thank you Hannells of Mickleover - very much in deed.
Very highly recommended team at Mickleover.
