William Charles are a fantastic estate agents. They offer a very professional and more importantly a very personal service, which we feel lacks with a lot of other agents. William Charles went over and above with selling our house. We were extremely impressed with the quality and description of our listing and Gary and Charlie even did a fantastic video tour on our house to boot. In the end, we decided not to sell, but are letting our property instead. William Charles are handling the letting and I know they will be on hand to help us every step of the way and provide all the advice and guidance we need!

I was new to renting and struggling to find a place which would accept pets as well as be a good fit for me, having telephoned several different estate agents I found that Charlie at William Charles was the most helpful and accommodating whilst also having a professionalism that many others lacked. Charlie dealt with our process and showed an immense amount of care and was extremely thorough in ensuring that we secured a home which was good for us. Carlos then took over the maintenance responsibilities and dealt with all our queries efficiently.

My family have been supported by William Charles for many years.
We have three houses that are under their support currently.
Throughout these years we have been provided with an excellent service which comprises of good communication and information sharing; staff who are respectful and considerate and will always go that extra mile to help with any query; their promptness in feedbacks is always appreciated.
Most importantly the staff are always welcoming at every visit to the office and their general demeanour is always polite.
William Charles are efficient and have an awareness of policies and procedures pertaining to ‘Lets’
Thank you for your continued support guys
