I am really grateful to all the team at Thomas Morris, and I feel really pleased that in buying our first home, I will have really good memories of working with these agents. Millie was really knowledgeable about the property and enthusiastic about the area which made for a really good first viewing. Lavelle and Millie really supported us to get to negotiate an offer that was accepted (so for this I am forever grateful!) and they were always so quick to respond to emails. I felt like they always answered the phone and Tom knew the details of our purchase if neither of them were available. It just felt like a really honest process, and they worked really hard to follow up for us, and I got the impression they worked in the same way with the sellers. I really have a lot of respect for how they run their office and I will only have good things to say about them when I recommend them to my friends. Thank you.

We moved into Sawtry in 2011, purchased our house via Lavelle, have now sold the same property with Lavelle and we are in the process of buying a property in Alconbury, also through Thomas Morris.
Relentless in the search for prospective buyers, a good number of viewings, constant feedback and help at the office from Millie dealing with the conveyancing team - all of the Sawtry team are very helpful and knowledgeable and we say a well deserved thank you.

We could not have been more pleased with the service we received and we honestly believe we would not have been able to seal the deal on our new home without the persistence and professionalism of Lavelle. Millie is a credit to TM, she listened to our requirements and recommended a property, which we viewed with Lavelle and put an offer in and have now exchanged on.
Prior to that we had been to viewings with around 5 other estate agents and they did not take in what we were looking for and did not seem to want to advise of other properties they have on their books (including the one we subsequently purchased through TM)
