I had a very good experience with CJ Hole, from the friendly, helpful agent, who was frequently in touch, offering to change things up, photos, descriptions etc to try to attract interest, to the after sales team who worked tirelessly chasing solicitors to speed up completion.

I was extremely impressed with the Westbury team. This was the first time I had sold a property so was anxious throughout. They were highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Annabel started the process with me and answered my numerous questions, putting me at ease and advising on how to get the best sale. Lorraine was my sales advisor and she was excellent, very calm and reassuring and dealt with everything that came along with complete professionalism. These two agents stood out for me but I was really impressed with the whole team, who really know their clients. All the people I spoke to along the way knew exactly what property they were dealing with. It is clear there is good teamwork in the Westbury office. I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs an estate agent.

Many of the staff at C J Hole were engaged in the sale of my Mum's flat. I am especially grateful for the efforts of Annabel, who inspected the flat and helped me to decide the asking price, and of Lorraine, who proceeded to keep the whole sale process running smoothly throughout the Covid-19 lockdown and achieved our completion. Thanks guys - it took its time (as we expected) and it all went without a hitch.
