Over the last 6 months of horrendous customer service, lack of urgency and terrible management, I would not recommend putting your money into this terrible agency, after endless issues from not having a mattress on our bed, to not being cleaned when we moved in, to our ceiling falling down and not ... Over the last 6 months of horrendous customer service, lack of urgency and terrible management, I would not recommend putting your money into this terrible agency, after endless issues from not having a mattress on our bed, to not being cleaned when we moved in, to our ceiling falling down and not been fixed, to a leak in the electrics and no urgency from the staff at all, meaning we had to call the fire brigade! Absolutely horrific! We moved out 3 weeks ago, and are still waiting for our deposit. To find out the finance team member is on annual leave so they will release it now, and should be with us in 3 days! We moved out 3 weeks and called the office everyday, to be told, 'she'll call you back she's on another line' no callback! Your standard release time is 10 days!

I can't stress enough, do not put your hard earned money into this agency!

I was looking for a rental property with character in Manchester. As I wanted a 1 bed apartment this was easier said than done until I went to view the X1 Townhall building which used to be the old courts. I was looking for a rental property with character in Manchester. As I wanted a 1 bed apartment this was easier said than done until I went to view the X1 Townhall building which used to be the old courts. Great renovation of the building and my apartment has an original feature fireplace. Overall satisfied with the service received - was straightforward and quick. Have been here 3 months now and very happy.
