Manning Stainton agents were recommend to me and I am really glad they were as it was my first time renting out a house in Beeston, Leeds. They were excellent from start to finish with Kyle handling to property initially and then handing it over to Ellie. Within a few days of the house going on the rental market I had a list of potential tenants and within a week a contract had been drawn up ready for them to move in. I was kept up to date throughout and am really happy with the tenants that were found. I highly rate Manning Stainton and Kyle and Ellie and will be using them again. Sally Parkes, Landlady.

I am a new landlady and have been quite apprehensive about letting out my property, due to hearing a lot of horror stories over the years, however I could not be more impressed with Kyle and Debbie at Manning Stainton. They have both provided me with excellent service from start to finish, always responding to my queries in a timely manner and answering all my questions clearly and professionally.
