I used Beresfords 14 years ago and found them excellent. Jacob was very good at getting the ball rolling and the guys at the Shenfield office were always courteous and helpful, Jack, Dan and especially Wendy were a delight to deal with. The sale was achieved at a price I was happy with so all good.

I found the team at Beresfords were very efficient from the initial contact through to the producing of the brochure, keeping me informed of updates and of course the final sale. I would also like to say that Wendy was very understanding and not pushy at all in view of the house sale following a family bereavement. Would definitely use again in the future.
