About Sami
Sami has a long history and experience of lettings and sales. His career began as far back as deciding his university degree - BSc Construction and property management. He had a clear vision of what he wanted to achieve, a local agent, with local knowledge who cares.
Whilst studying he worked part time for a l
ocal lettings agent, further developing his knowledge and putting into practice his acquired management skills. On graduation he then became a full time negotiator working for the same letting agents. Quickly he began to realise that there was a gap in the market, focusing on his local knowledge in 2009, at 23, he opened MECS lettings from his family home.
By January 2012 he had opened his first office in Harborne where he continued to grow and expand, employing 2 further members of staff. In October 2013 he relocated to the present offices in Lonsdale Road, Harborne, still retaining his roots.
Sami\'s vision of MECS being right in the heart of his home town continues to develop and expand with sales now being an integral and fast growing part of this inspiring young man\'s business plan.

They brought a decent number of people through the door, persevered through a couple of buyers who (due to those mortgage rate issues) had to drop out, then persevered and indeed pushed the process through to completion.

We sold a residential house in Erdington through Mecs and the service (and its efficiency, price and quality) were first . Sami helped immensely and was extremely knowledgeable and available. Sami also went above and beyond to assist us in securing alignment between the sale of our old house and the completion on our property (part of a 7 house chain) and it was not his assistance that sale might not have completed.

Would highly recommend this business - having been searching for about a month I conducted viewings with most of their competition, and found the service far better with MECS. Actually talked to me, and helped with the process. As opposed to being ignored, or double booked, or finding out a property I was supposed to view off the market via right move, as opposed to being told by the agent! Who finally emailed me a day before the supposed viewing.
Couldn’t fault the service. Great business.

A complete scam company.
Other reviews must be fake becuase MECs are absolutely the most vile people I've ever dealt with.
These awful scamming agents refused to deal with a massive infestation in a rental property. Repeatedly tried to send people to my property with less than 24 hours notice but none of those people were an exterminator. They refused to carry our basic compliance certificates. Tried to lie their way out of their failings repeatedly. They assigned a habitual liar named Mellissa to my property and refused to give me someone honest who would fix the issues at the property. They also lied about cleaning the property and purposefully handed the property over in a filthy state.
Do not trust!
They are the scummiest agent I've ever dealt with. They are nothing more than thieves and liars and I've countless evidence to prove it.
Do not go near their rentals! They cannot be trusted!

Sami gave us up-to-date expert advice, and was happy to adapt his recommendations to our particular needs.
