I cannot recommend the Holmfirth office team enough. I have had support, advice and help from the whole team throughout both my sale and purchase journeys. Catherine initially came to value my home; her professional, customer-focused and friendly manner meant that I choose to go with Ryder and Dutton. Caroline, Nicola and Fiona have all been available when I have needed advice and have all gone the extra mile in moving along my sale, arranging viewings, surveys and providing professional advice. Whenever I phoned up I felt that whoever I spoke to knew how to help me and that nothing was too much trouble. For anyone looking for a good local team I would really recommend Ryder and Dutton.

I cannot stress this enough - Catherine and her team over at Ryder & Dutton are truly amazing, They helped us market and sell our house. I'm a strong believer in you get what you pay for; may not be the cheapest but service is second to none, their market knowledge is brilliant and they market your house as if it was there’s and not just another number on their books. Seriously impressed.

Excellent service received from Ryder & Dutton. The Kirkburton team (Rosie and Catherine) were proactive throughout and worked with urgency and enthusiasm to get things done in the most efficient and streamlined way possible.
Fast at answering calls and emails, we were kept updated throughout.
Having the same team working on the property end-to-end (from valuation from completion) saved a lot of time. It was clear from the first meeting that Ryder & Dutton wanted our business and they delivered against their promises, every time.

Rosie was the star of the show.
Everyone did their bit in our sale, Stuart initially appraised the property and put it up for sale. Catherine picked it up and ran with it but Rosie was our day to day contact.
We chose to go with Ryder Dutton after the initial appraisal by Stuart because Rosie came back to us promptly with answers whenever we called. Rosie continued with this level of customer service throughout the sale. She chased up Solicitors and kept us informed.
