Simon dealt with us when we initially put in our notice to leave our flat and he was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. He stayed in good communication with us, was very respectful of our home when he came to view it with prospective tenants, and did what he could to ensure our transition from our flat to our new home wouldn't leave us homeless in between. With everyone we've dealt with at Outlook, including Simon, it feels like this is a letting agent that's on your side. Thank you Simon!
