We completed on our flat sale in September. Liza was very helpful, supportive and professional, easy to contact and chased proceedings when necessary. She explained Yopa's pricing options very clearly so that we were able to select with confidence the appropriate one for our sale. She kept us informed all the way through the proceedings. Liza was very helpful and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions. She was easy to contact and very friendly. Yopa on a whole is a very forward thinking agency, I like the online aspect particularly as it enables the seller/buyer to see exactly what is going on, rather than relying solely on an agent to control everything from a distance.

We has Liza Rogers helping us to sell our home and were so impressed with how smooth she made it for us and at such a testing time too with the Covid-19 pandemic just starting.
Always on the other end of a call if we had a question or problem to be solved and sorted issues quickly, nothing was too much trouble.
She’s a lovely, polite lady who dose her job well and really knows her stuff.
Very professional and glad we chose Yopa after going through a list of estate agents I found her the most genuine and easy to trust and talk to.

Liza made the process a breeze and ensured that people viewing the property adhere to the rules we had put in place when viewing our home. Within a few days of the property being on the market we had received 3 offers above asking price and are due to complete in a few weeks time.
