We bought our dream house with Burn & Warne in June 2021 and were lucky to have Kelly as the agent.
Kelly was an absolute star throughout the whole process, and we cannot thank her enough for all the support she's provided from the first viewing and up to now. She has dealt with every enquiry or doubt, no matter how big or small, in a very professional way, would always respond promptly and has overall been very helpful. We never had to chase Kelly for anything, instead we felt we were her number one priority every day from the moment we put an offer in all the way to the completion (although we were perfectly aware of how busy the market was, and I won't even dare imagine how many other properties she must have been working on at the same time!)
Being extremely dedicated, energetic and hard-working, Kelly is also a very kind and caring person with great empathy, and also just an absolute pleasure to talk to, someone who would listen to you carefully and make you feel heard and understood. Always charming, she is the sort of person who would spread the positive vibes all around, regardless of how swamped she might be at work. Her warm and accommodating personality made the whole process of buying a house a lot less stressful for us, and we are forever grateful for that.
Moreover, even after the purchase was completed, Kelly kept providing further support by sharing useful contacts and going an extra mile to help us settle in comfortably in our new home. Thank you Kelly!!

We sold our house with Burn and Warne and although the process we got fantastic support from the team.
A special call out to Kelly. Her positivity is really infectious. She brought a great deal of genuine interest and energy during the sale process. Through out the process she was open, collaborative and supportive.
Seldom such processes go without any trouble and we also had a few challenges. Both Neil and Adrian supported through the process with all their experience. We found the B&W team to be approachable all the time.
If there’s one improvement area to call out, B&W team should pay more attention to the initial marketing write-up. Ours needed to go through several iterations with minor errors persisting. An eye for copy details could have kept the process easy.
But overall we give a full 5 stars - very happy with the service.

After having no joy selling my house. Burn and Warne was recommended to me.
Very professional with good advice.
The first person that came round eventually purchased my property but they did offer lower than the asking price. However, with some negotiation from their agent Kelly, she managed to increase their offer.
I am.now settled into my new property.
Quite an experience as I was doing it on my own, but had a lot of support and help.
I was however gutted that I had to pay their fees after thr first viewer!!

Outstanding service from the friendly staff at Burn and Warne.
As I put offers on several houses with them, I dealt with literally everyone (Paul, Neil, Kelly and Adrian) at some point and they were all very helpful.
I had been unlucky whilst trying to buy 2 houses (through no fault of Burn and Warne!)
First house: The buyer of the property I was selling pulled out.
Second house: The seller pulled out.
Third house: Success!
All 3 houses were being sold by Burn and Warne so they really do have the best in the area.
Credit to Kelly, Adrian and Neil who were constantly taking my calls, responding to my emails and trying to find solutions to the problems that arose.
Following the disappointment of the second house falling through in Feb 21, Adrian contacted me just in time, about another house that matched our criteria. Thankfully we were able to view the property and get sale agreed in the same day. This was all under the pressure of the Stamp Duty Holiday Extension deadline, which at the time, was crucial to our purchasing power and was supposed to be finishing in 6 weeks - 31st March 2021 (subsequently extended by The Chancellor). Adrian also rang me after we exchanged on the house, to congratulate me, which I thought was a nice touch as he was aware of the bumpy road that we had endured to get there.
Would definitely recommend Burn and Warne!
