From the very beginning we touched the high standard of profesionalism and friendliness we were going to receive and Beresford's staff did NOT spoil our expectations as a landlord and a landlady. Firstly they cared about getting the property ready for the rental market and Tessa provided us with great recommendations which we followed closely and the property did not take long to be occupied by new tenants. Securing good tenants was also delivered with care. Communication about every single step in regards to contracting and the follow up with respect to any maintenance needed during the tenancy was also seen as very comforting and reassuring. Thank you Dominique, thank you Tracey, and thank you Kate for all the effort which certainly made all the difference in enhancing our experience with Beresfords. We are happy to recommend you to all landlords/landladies.

Immoral. Beresford harassing me, insisting on an inspection even though we are in lockdown. I asked to postpone it till infection rates are lower as one of my co-tenants is shielding and I am scared of strangers coming into the house. I was harassed till I gave in and agreed to the inspection. They ... Read Full Review

Immoral. Beresford harassing me, insisting on an inspection even though we are in lockdown. I was harassed till I gave in and agreed to the inspection. They have since conceded but it has left me very stressed indeed. They carry out inspections every 4 months with no flexibility during COVID pandemic. Sharks!!
