I discovered G4 Properties after years of struggling with indifferent, inflexible and often incompetent letting agents. G4 couldn't be better in terms of finding tenants, keeping me informed and up to date and, latterly, managing my properties. At first I only used G4 to find my tenants and organise the legal side, having had had little trust in previous agencies, but I soon realised that life would be a lot easier for me if they also took over the management and for the last two years or so they have been excellent. Keith and his staff are invariably helpful, polite and, most importantly, effective. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable agent.
