Our daughter has just moved out of a flat managed by Portico (Islington branch). By far the worse experience of an agency, we have three children all been students and in various accommodations throughout the UK. Our daughter has just moved out of a flat managed by Portico (Islington branch). By far the worse experience of an agency, we have three children all been students and in various accommodations throughout the UK. Portico did not react promptly to issues, they were rude, they lied and the communication - or lack there of - was appalling. From move in day to move out day just a nightmare. Worse experience especially bad during Covid. Shame on them! No apologies nothing - tempted to let the new tenants in the property know what we have had to put up with.
