Eduardo has been a property investor in Aberdeen since 2003. Property and systematic business is his passion. He really believes in having a strong team behind a business, motivated and trained to serve customers. He is genuinely grateful for the hard work that the Martin & Co (Aberdeen) team puts every day to
meet the high expectations of our customers. Eduardo is a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and has a degree in Electronics. In his spare time, if he is not looking after his four kids, he will be swimming, cycling or running, to get ready for his next Ironman triathlon.

Great company to deal with. I’ve been with Martin & Co on both sides as a tenant and a landlord. On both occasions they’ve provided and continue to provide excellent “no-nonsense” service. Would definitely recommend this company to all tenants and landlords.

This ultimately incurs additional costs, time and grievance to landlords.
The staff shows poor competency and professionalism in acting on the client's behalf, there is no continuity in client engagement, and the management shows no accountability. There is no scope to speak to decision-makers to resolve conflict and Martin & Co is either unresponsive or always right. Their inaction has led to multiple thousands of pounds of damage to my property, while Martin & Co continue to sit on the fence. Further, they lost keys to my property that were supposedly kept safe in their office and did not have a log system to track where the keys were. They denied responsibility for their negligence with no action, leaving my property at risk and for me to fix it.
They prefer to shift the blame for their poor management to tenants instead, which is unacceptable. Their service is disgraceful and dishonest. There are plenty of other good agents locally, please do not make the same mistake I did.

Adam at Martin & Co went the extra mile on his Sunday morning to help me with access to my rental property. He very kindly gave up his own time to meet me with a set of keys for the property. Overall, he has been extremely helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. That mirrors my overall experience of Martin & Co to date. After a challenging spell this year, where my property was on the market, Martin & Co have very swiftly turned the property around with new tenants now moved in. It has been an extremely refreshing experience making it very easy to recommend Martin & Co to anyone I know.

All communications I had with the company throughout was polite, informative and helpful. Eduardo and Adam made me feel that I was an important client. This is my first experience in the rental market and I appreciate how all my questions and concerns have been accommodated. Based on the experience I have had, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
