Laurent Residential has been my letting agent for countless years, currently managing two properties for me. They have done all that I expect of them: finding quality reliable tenants, negotiating sensibly on my behalf, managing tradesmen independently of me, providing regular monthly documentation and organised annual summaries. Staff has been generally long-serving and professional; there is always someone au fait with ongoing issues that might need progressing, so that I feel I am getting an extremely personal service and - importantly - it is provided with a smile.

We have worked with Lal and Julia. Lal was extremely helpful at the start of the tenancy as we had to move very quickly. The communication and processing of the paperwork was done very efficiently. We have worked with Lal and Julia. Lal was extremely helpful at the start of the tenancy as we had to move very quickly. The communication and processing of the paperwork was done very efficiently. We also receive regular communication on any maintenance; and Laurent are extremely flexible with us when we need to allow workers into the property.
