My honest review of the service provided by Paul Carr was very mixed.
In the early stages we were happy with the valuation and sales side of things with Ian and Louise until the property was sold.
Then everything went quiet and we were disappointed to find out not only Louise had left but we had been appointed a sales progressor who had not taken the time to introduce themselves. So we felt Ian’s initial comments about being supported “every step of the way” was not accurate.
As time went on Hannah helped us the best she could to overcome frustrating issues with the first buyer in the chain which we appreciated. As time went on Hannah did step up to the plate and supported us much better. Finally we have our new house in a lovely area and all the stresses of the move have now gone.

We just want to huge thank-you to Hannah Siviter from the Streetly branch who literally got us through our sale at the end. We had many months of stress selling our flat but Hannah was so lovely and really easy to talk to and communicated with us constantly. She is an absolute credit to your agency. Also thank you to Angela for your constant help throughout from start to finish.We know Angela worked really hard in getting our sale through and we really appreciate it. We would definitely recommend the agency to others as we believe they are the best ones and did all they could for us.

I have to say putting our family house are the market was one of the hardest things we have ever done .
Maxine was amazing from start to finish and
Our house sold within 2 days with Paul Carr .
On the day of being advertised Cerris had arranged 9 viewings on our house which was amazing .
Once sold things moved at normal speed but unfortunately at the end things didn’t go as smooth as we liked but I have to say Hannah was amazing she listened and helped us amazingly !
Thanks again for the sale of our home!
