I used Smart Homes to sell a property. From start to finish I found everyone at Smart Homes very professional, committed and knowledgeable. The process was certainly made easier by using their services. As with most house sales, it was a roller coaster of a ride, but the whole team helped and offered advice and support throughout. The quality of the photos originally, the write up, the quantity of viewings, the constant reviewing, and then the team once I had sold the property were fantastic - in particular Gemma & Melissa, who I bombarded nearly everyday (sorry!) until completion. I would without a doubt recommend their services to anyone looking at selling a property in the area. Top work all round. Thank you so much for making a stressful time more manageable.

I chose Smart Homes on recommendation and I honestly have been blown away by every member of staff I have spoken with . Debbie in particular has just been amazing and provided excellent customer service by keeping me updated , chasing when appropriate and explaining information. This agents work together as a team and genuinely have Your sale , not their commission at the forefront ! You should invest in a solicitor element as you work to professionallly !
