Worst company behaviour I've ever came across. No response for weeks from agent Chris Hough nor reception to emails, never answering phones, hardly ever returning calls. Chris has been great throughout the whole process of getting our flat. Since first getting in contact, Chris has been happy to help with all our questions and needs regarding the property. Really different from other agents and has really made sure that we have everything that we need! The process of getting a flat in the London rental market isn't always the smoothest but Chris has really made the experience much more pleasant. Thank you Chris!
