I just purchased a house with my partner. Was very impressed with initial dealings with George Harding. Obviously knows the market and pitched the price absolutely right. We had genuine buyers coming round right from the off and always got feedback on viewings. All went a bit quiet once sale agreed so hard to know what chasing was being done in the background to keep things moving but it was a short chain so no real problems needed to be resolved. I would have no hesitation recommending Charles Harding as a selling agent

I purchased a property in Old Town, anytime I wanted to view there wasn't a problem, however the communication between me the buyer and the seller wasn't great, particularly when I was trying to set up a builder to come in and give an estimate.

Estate Agents really need to up their game generally as no agency that I experienced in Old Town went above and beyond.
