Having to find , and sort an apartment in Manchester city centre at the last minute for my daughter who decided to her masters, was an overwhelming nightmare until I found Jordan at O'connor Bowden. She was so helpful and friendly, and replied instantly, making everything so easy. Mt daughter was overseas whilst I was sorting g this, and yet Jordan found time to explain everything to both of us. No query was left un answered. The whole team there have made this move so easy, Emma has been wonderful sorting g the actual moving day and my daughter is now in her new apartment. Thank you to everyone at your office who helped a frazzled mum get sorted!!!!

O'connor Bowden have been exceptional over the nearly 10 years they looked after my flat. All the staff I've spoken to over the years have been wonderful. Most recently I've been through the process of selling the flat and Alison in particular has been very professional, prompt to answer, clear when explaining things and understanding of the fact that I've been living in Canada through all of the. Would recommend them to anyone.

Communication has been very poor since the very beginning of my time with O' Connor Bowden. Initially, there was a mix up with setting up an appointment for a viewing. The people I spoke with over the weekend gave me an appointment but they did not communicate this with those who work during the week.
Fast forward to now-where I have put a deposit on a place and the day before move in (after me sending emails for the contract and other such documents) I am told that I cannot move in to the place as they are still cleaning and yet for months they knew that we had agreed to move in on this date.
Demi was completely dismissive and showed no understanding that I have been greatly inconvenienced as I have no where to stay now as I thought I would be moving in tomorrow. I do not think anyone was going to update me on the move had I not persistently contacted them.

During our search for a new property, the O'Connor Bowden team were very friendly and helpful. From booking the original viewing to moving in and collecting the keys, each member of staff we dealt with was friendly, help and very professional. We were accommodated with a late evening viewing and even offered to show us round other properties via facetime. Our move in was slightly delayed due to completions in the building but after that the move in appointment was quick, efficient and our property was furnished to a high standard. We love our new apartment and would like to thank everyone at O'Connor Bowden for their efforts.

I had called into the office at O'Connor Bowden as i was having so many problems with properties i liked being secured or no longer available with other agents. Jordan took the time to go through my criteria and listened to my needs, sitting with me to look through properties within my budget and shown me the property photos for all properties within my budget. I needed a property near to Piccadilly Train Station for work purposes and she found the most perfect apartment. She managed to arrange a viewing on the day!!! with one of her colleagues and i put down a deposit down on the day. A stress free and easy process Thankyou to Jordan for all your help! :)

Jordan was fantastic with me, she was waiting for me on my arrival and was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything i asked her. She asked where I would be working and spent a good hour locating properties that were within walking distance. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she helped me fill in all the forms and make the whole process so easy and very stress free. Jordan was amazing!
