Fees seemed to be reasonably in line with other high street estate agents and certainly provided a higher quality of service than some of the low cost online based agents based on our experience of viewings with them

We recently completed both a sale and purchase with Balgores and was pleased with all aspects of the service received.
Despite living outside their standard covered area the team managed to ensure a steady flow of viewings for our property and managed to perfectly balance both being friendly and approachable and professional.

Our experience of working with Ryan to sell our property was excellent. A property we loved and had missed out on when our sale via a different agent to Balgores, came back on the market. Ryan had our property on the market and sold within 1 week at the price level we were seeking, finding a good buyer for us and then to follow through to completion, he worked extremely hard to follow and chase others up. Ryan was always contactable and responsive, keeping us regularly updated, which when going through the stresses of selling and moving, was greatly appreciated! Balgores recently assisted in the sale of my property in Romford. The team were energetic throughout and managed to find a serious buyer at a good price. Me and my sister cannot recommend Ryan enough! From what was a really stressful experience Ryan was the one good thing about the whole thing.
He was extremely helpful and so efficient.
If ever we called him with questions or queries he would be on the case and ALWAYS got straight back to us.
He found us our perfect flat and am so grateful for all his hard work. He was a pleasure to work with!
