I have very much appreciated the service from Mikeala (and indeed Matt Cole) who (so far!) have made very easy and smooth the process of advertising my mother's flat, showing prospective tenants around, agreeing terms with me relating to their services, recommending contractors to help replace ovens, and clearing the flat. The tenants moved in today and the service to get to this point has been excellent.
