We cannot thank C J Hole enough for the tireless work they carried out on our behalf. We were initially introduced to C J Hole through Donna Roberts who came to value our property. She was very friendly, professional and realistic which we appreciated. Her expert advice was invaluable to our sale. Her levels of communication were excellent and she kept us updated at regular intervals. The sales team who arranged the viewing were again excepional. Most of these were carried out by Lindsay and Jodie . They always gave very prompt feedback and regular updates. They worked tirelessly to get viewing and gave us enormous support throughout the whole process. We didn't actually meet Isaac but often spoke to him on the phone. He was very efficient and knowledgeable too . At the point of sale we were introduced to Kerry Ray. Well what can we say!!! Kerry is the kind of person everybody selling their house should have. Her communication skills wre excellent. She was in constant contact with us. She worked above and beyond our expectations. Her level of service is so person centered that you actually feel you are her sole client. This just highlights the amount of skill and expertise she has. When you put these professionals together you really do get the best possible service from start to finish. We really can't thank CJ Hole enough you really are a 5 star service.

Outstanding service from C J Hole (Kingswood) from the start of the sales process to completion. An objective valuation back in mid-2022, followed up by efficient marketing and an early sale. Unfortunately, we ended up with a problematic / inexperienced purchaser [not CJ Hole's fault] and had to remarket the property. We again achieved a quick sale and this has progressed to a successful completion. Everyone in the team was great but, in particular, Kerry Ray's administration was 10 out of 10 [timely, proactive and comprehensive]. Thank you - Ian Holmes

Words cannot do you all justice. What a lovely and fantastic team you are. Thank you for your support in selling our house and moving 250 miles away, it’s been a roller coaster 6 months, due to the government dropping clangers and scaring anyone selling/buying a home but throughout this time your advice and knowledge has led to it happening, you have kept me calm on the end of the phone when making big decisions, when the chain collapsed, and we are all now back living near our wider family, just in time for Christmas which was perfect x

Hi, regarding the team at CJ Hole, Kingswood can we both say a very big thank you for your professional care and help selling our property during a sad time. Many thanks Donna for your initial visit to the property and putting us at ease with the selling process, advise, prices and suggestions.
From then on Isaac started arranging house visits from potential buyers, 10 in one day, from those visits we received an offer which we accepted.
From then onwards Lindsay dealt with the sales memorandum and informed us that Kerry as the dedicated Sales Processor would be looking after the sale through to exchange, excellent communication from Isaac and Kerry throughout the process.
Our only concern was the time it took from initial home visit to exchange, approx 6 months.
We cannot fault the team at CJ Hole from start to finish and would definitely be using their services in the future either for selling or buying,
