We rented a house for 3 years from this agent,rent never late,excellent tenants!!!! Kitchen sink leaked from day 1 they sent endless contractors who never fixed the issue then sent Bodger and Badger who put up a piece of pvc cladding and sealed it lol and its still leaking!!!! Mould on windows because the pvc windows had no insulation and didn't shut properly!! Damp in bedrooms,the landlord decided to sell which is fair enough and we now have a lovely property who we rent through Connels but they are with holding our �1000 deposit because of general wear and tear and fumigation fees even thou our dog was rehomed 2.5 yrs ago!!! The gate was removed by our movers and we left a water gun and toy shell in the garden and 1 bedroom door needs replacing due to the lock locking when my 3 yr old nephew was locked in the bedroom so we had to kick door in so basically �1000 for piss all,,,there's no communication,I had to contact them a month after I moved about my dps then they claimed they sent me emails but turned out they wer sending to the wrong email address even thou they had emailed me for the past 3 years !!! Absolute joke of a company !!!! Connells all the way!!!!!!
