We just completed the transaction successfully with great assistance from Laura and Claire.
Their efforts and excellent work on the transaction definitely helped facilitating all processes. It is no doubt they will be our first choice for property management in the future.
I highly recommend Laura and her team for all vendors and buyers in particular first time buyers/vendors, our emails/enquiries were always responded promptly with consolidated replies. We did not worry about the communication among different parties as they took care of this with excellent outcomes.

Paul is very knowledgeable and advised me to reduce the sale price of my house in order to sell the house which worked and the team at the brand are also very helpful. I've received a good service recently received from Manning Stainton Morley. Paul is very knowledgeable and advised me to reduce the sale price of my house in order to sell the house which worked and the team at the brand are also very helpful.
For me more regular and more detailed communications would have been more reassuring, as after chatting to Paul there was more being done behind the scenes to help with the sale of my house than I was always aware.
Overall I'm happy as I had a quick sale. Thanks Paul & Laura.

From start to finish, all the team involved were brilliant. Three designated sales staff came to view our home to enable them all to give a personal account of the property to prospective buyers. I don't know any other company that does this. Needless to say, our house sold within 3 weeks. The professional service did not end there though. We were then passed over to relevant department who took over the sale and we were kept up to date with the progress of the sale on a week by week basis. Awesome service from a fabulous team. I would not hesitate to recommend or utilise their services again in the future. Thank you for making it a stress free experience
