I must say I was dreading all the sale and buying hassle and stress but it turned out we've made the right choice! Not only were Charlie and Daniel professional, knowledgeable and helpful but they also helped us to negotiate a reasonable discount on our potential house and guided through the tricky process of choosing the right mortgage deal! Brilliant service, friendly and easy to reach to, always there when we needed them! Wishing good luck and prosperity to Balgores!

I would like to thank Dan for all his hard work in 2017!! He worked extremely hard to find a suitable lender with regards to my remortgage. Whilst doing this he demonstrated his sound customer service skills. I would like to provide the following details:
(1) He took over my complex case from 2 previous Mortgage Advisers and quickly got up to speed with my particular circumstances.
(2) He worked extremely hard to find a suitable lender.
(3) He continually kept me updated with regards to any progress that he had made.
(4) He sensibly managed by expectations.
(5) Very importantly, he provided sound and realistic advice.
(6) I felt confident with the service he provided.
(7) He responded to requests for information quickly.
(8) He has the ability to relay information to allow you to understand exactly what is happening. Sometimes the financial technical terms used can be confusing!
(9) I trust him to work on my behalf.
(10) I would gladly recommend him to my family and friends.
