My five-star rating is based on 14 years' experience as a customer of the Colliers Wood branch of C.James & Co.
In that time I have found the agency and in particular the two staff members highlighted, with whom I have had the most contact, to be both professional and helpful. The agency is proactive when necessary (e.g. advising me of my landlord's obligation to acquire an energy certificate for my property), and is always happy to engage with me whenever an issue requires discussion or clarification.

I have been extremely happy with C James's service over the 13 years we have been working with them. Their administrative support is fantastic and our London House has consistently been rented out with long term tenants and minimal gaps in between. Staff rarely seem to leave the company; great news for me, as I am able to work with people I have known from the beginning.
