Thomas came out to see me and explained the entire process in detail and gave me a valuation what I was extremely happy with. A tenant was found very quickly and Marie was very efficient when carrying out the referencing checks and drafting up the paperwork. I could not recommend this company ... Read Full Review

Thomas came out to see me and explained the entire process in detail and gave me a valuation what I was extremely happy with. First time renting and only had 2 weeks to complete before moving house. Emails were answered the same day and all queries raised by telephone were dealt with. Friendly staff and the handover day was quick and very efficient. Referencing was handled by outside company and they were not at all ... Read Full Review

Referencing was handled by outside company and they were not at all helpful and online forms were a nightmare but staff at Robert Oulsnam were great at assisting with our problems.

Would not hesitate to use Robert Oulsnam again and sold our old property with them and this was also a great success.

We needed to move back home to Bromsgrove to be near to our family and friends after spending two years by the seaside, which was always our dream. We needed to move back home to Bromsgrove to be near to our family and friends after spending two years by the seaside, which was always our dream. We missed our family so much so viewed property for rental on line. All your adverts were very informative and we found dealing with you a really easy experience. You made it possible for our Daughter to deal with viewing and providing personal information due to us being in Yorkshire. All we had to do was read our Tenancy Agreement when we picked up our keys. Fantastic ! A long tiring move was made very easy. Thanks to Marie in particular for keeping us updated at every stage of the letting which happened really fast. We didn't have any long unnecessary waits. Our aftercare has been superb and wish to thank you all. We would definitely use your services again ...... but hope we are in our new home forever!!
