We recently sold our house through Estateology. We followed their advice on the suggested selling price and we advertised it to attract as many visits. I had an enjoyable experience with Estateology in Bethnal Green, specifically Sam, who helped me purchase an excellent BTL-investment.
I am an expat living in the middle east, meaning viewings had to be done via WhatsApp. Doing everything remotely, I had many questions for Sam. Some of these questions were specifically about the property I wanted to purchase, but I had many questions about the BTL market in general. Sam was always responsive, showed himself to be an expert, and showed himself to be laced with integrity.
In the end, I landed a fantastic investment property. It's currently rented to a lovely family, yielding well, with solid capital appreciation to boot.

The whole experience with Estateology was fantastic from beginning to end. My moving process started off badly. I contacted endless estate agents to enquire about properties and was promised callbacks, nevertheless, they never called. I was beginning to lose hope as time was ticking, then I found a lovely property marketed by Estateology. I was shown the property by Sam who was friendly, welcoming, and not overbearing, unlike other agents I had previously encountered. Shahed handled the rest of the process, he was excellent at communicating and very responsive. He gave regular updates, resolved any issues near enough instantly, and was great to talk to on the phone. The entire process was quick and efficient, I was moved in within just one week. I was beginning to lose hope in estate agents and believe they all have conformed to the negative stereotype. However, these guys completely changed my mind. I 100% recommend Estateology and would use them again!

If you are selling your property don’t go anywhere else but this wonderful local estate agent.
Genuinely wonderful people and would highly recommend them to everyone.
I dealt with Sam with regard to selling my property .. I was struggling to sell it with other agents.
Sam helped with all aspects of the sale with amazing positive energy and ideas to prospective buyers . He also liaised with both Solictors to make sure the sale went through before the stamp duty deadline.
Sam was available and contactable at all times during this sale.

Sam Samad is an exceptional estate agent and you'd have to go a long way to find his like.
From the outset, we knew we had made the right choice as his warm, friendly and honest manner put us at our ease. We had also obtained quotes from some of the bigger agents but we chose Sam because of the fact that he would be dealing personally with all enquiries and visits.
In consequence, we enjoyed an incredible personal service in which we felt valued at all times and the buyers felt the same way.
Sam is very relaxed and cool but he worked really hard on our behalf and was enthusiastic at all stages of the process. He really rises to a challenge and has great liaison skills and dealt with our solicitor, us, the buyers and even the agent, surveyors and solicitors of our vendors, for which he was not charging us. In relation to our purchase he helped us navigate a complex informal tender in which we were up against 12 other bidders and there is little doubt that we wouldn't have got our dream home without him.
Beyond a doubt, Sam is the best estate agent we have ever met, nothing is too much trouble for him, and in an extremely stressful Covid lockdown, with all its frustrations, he led all our team to success, surmounting all the barriers and achieving a great result for all parties.
