My name is Allyson I have worked for Dacre Son & Hartley for approximately 12 years in the Bramhope Office and in more recent years, at the North Leeds Office. I have a good knowledge of both areas and probably know more or less all the habitants in Bramhope village and the sale history of mos
t of the houses!! I have enjoyed learning about the properties in the North Leeds area and visiting the properties we have for sale on our staff viewings! I love to look around the properties and meet our vendors so I have full knowledge of all the houses to exceed customer expectations.I enjoy speaking to vendors and applicants alike, helping them to either buy or sell and have a good rapport with all. I am a conscientious worker and feel that I have a great relationship with all my colleagues in the North Leeds Office and enjoy working with them.

Excellent team who sold the house within 4 days. There were two potential buyers, both from Dacres existing contact lists.
