I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Northfields, namely Indiana Jhuti who has gone above and beyond her duties to assist me in my search for a new rental house. This maybe just a house for anyone reading this but for me it's the start of a new and challenging life after separation from my marital home of 15years with my two young children. This is an extremely difficult time in my life and Indiana has truly gone beyond what she needed to to make sure this was a positive and beneficial experience for me and I am truly grateful. Indiana's truly kind, professional and competent service has not only helped me with my obvious needs in terms of securing a suitable rental property but it has immensely helped me with my wellbeing. I am truly taken aback by the kindness and I would recommend Northfields to all whom I know that needs a new home. For the volume of work and extra things they did i would say there fees are fair in comparison to other agents in the area

We recently sold our flat through Northfields, after getting frustrated with a lot of the estate agents in the local area who perhaps fitted the " estate agent stereotype" we were decided to use Northfields as every member of there team from each office we dealt with was easy to deal with and honest about what we could expect.
They managed to get a huge volume of perspective buyers through the door and were communicative throughout the sale period with both the Ealing and Pitshanger office getting us viewings.
In the end it was Amir at the Pitshanger office who found our buyer, the buyer at times was challenging however Amir pushed things along throughout the process. Amir always answered the phone, was incredibly communicative and proactive even going as far as to answer emails out of office hours and being a genuinely lovely person to deal with.
i would strongly recommend the team at Northfields as they were all very helpful, a special mention to Amir and Leah at Pitshanger and Alejandro and Kieron at Ealing.
