I have worked for Ezytrac Property Management now for 4 years. I joined the company as a Maintenance Co-ordinator and worked my way up the ladder to my current position of Maintenance Team Leader.
I love my job and the challenges it comes with. Every day is different but I pride myself on dealing with reported m
aintenance issues as quickly as possible whilst building great relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors alike.
Whilst working here, I have obtained my ARLA qualification.
Outside of work, I have a geeky obsession of with Business and Economics so you\'ll often find me reading articles, reading renowned business innovators biographies or watching a documentary on a particular business.
When I\'m not being a business geek; I enjoy music, boxing and socialising with friends. At the weekend, I enjoy going for long walks with my girlfriend and our 2-year-old labrador, Lux.
We will soon be joined on these walks by another person as well as we are expecting our first child in October!
So...you\'ll be able to reach me day or night as I\'ll be saying goodbye to my sleep!

Ezytrac use a useful system for maintenance issues, you log it on your dashboard and they will acknowledge and source a contractor. Rob emailed me within minutes of acknowledging mine, just to let me know he had instructed a company to resolve my issue. They then called very quickly and arranged ... Read Full Review

Rob emailed me within minutes of acknowledging mine, just to let me know he had instructed a company to resolve my issue. They then called very quickly and arranged access. Rob even took the time to follow up with me the next day to ensure the job had been completed as indicated.

I had been struggling with a worn out faux leather peeling, broken down sofa in my apartment for the last few months. We were in the middle of lockdown 1.0 of the pandemic and it was almost impossible to get any furniture deliveries. Enter the absolute legend Robert! He was so prompt and efficient at responding to my queries and went through all possible avenues to get a replacement sofa sorted out for me!Although he was working with a reduced team, he went all out to ensure he found the perfect replacement sofa. After a few “pivots” I managed to get a super comfy sofa delivered just in time before lockdown 2.0 began!! Thank you so much Rob! You’re absolutely fantastic and a great asset to your company Ezytrac.

I moved to this flat almost 2 years ago and Ezytrac's service has been tremendous. Every time I mail Ezytrac about something I get prompt response. I moved to this flat almost 2 years ago and Ezytrac's service has been tremendous.
Every time I mail Ezytrac about something I get prompt response. My dishwasher and ceiling issues were sorted out promptly and responsibly. It's easy to report maintenance issues with tools they have provided, so it's easy to track everything.

However, would like to mention that on couple of previous occasions some other Staff at Ezytrac – were not at all helpful…takes them few days to reply to an email, sometimes – have not received any replies…

Rob handled my problem brilliantly from the start. It wasn't easy to resolve given the cirucmstances, but he kept me up to date on the situation and developments. His communication was regular, quick and clear.
