I know that he is at the end of the phone should I need to contact him regarding the sale of my home. The whole procedure so far has been explained thoroughly and is proceeding well.
The offer I accepted was substantially below the asking price, so my search has had to be somewhat modified. Daniel is keeping my buyers informed.
