Emily Watson was extremely efficient in progressing the sale forward. I found the message board an informative tool in keeping me updated and it was always current. Friends of mine in Edinburgh are now progressing their house sale with MFL on my recommendation. Incredibly easy and stress free experience with McEwan Fraser. Properties in my area (Moray) tend to take a lot longer to sell. However we sold in 3 weeks at the Home Report value which was a great result for us. Peter, Karla and all other members of staff were fantastic, totally professional and easy to speak to including Scott photographer and the staff arranging viewings of our house from a central office. I had the utmost confidence that a professional service was being delivered to potential buyers of our property showing interest regarding arranging viewings sending out home reports promptly, etc. From experience as a buyer as well I know for sure this isn't always the case with other agents. Not sending out home reports, showing properties online that sold months ago and even cancelling viewings at the last minute because they've not realised the property has already sold. I paid slightly more but am utterly glad I did. Money well spent as it has taken a lot of stress out of the process. Thanks to all.
